Hesperion is a research-oriented project focused on health data and scientific initiatives. The project is operated under Muninn Studio (org. nr 835 010 082, Østbyveien 22b, 3280 Tjodalyng, Norway) until formal registration.

2. Non-medical disclaimer

Hesperion is not a medical service. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any information provided on our website or through our chatbot is for general informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical conditions or concerns.

3. Use of services

  • You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes.
  • You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that disrupt its functionality.

4. Patient participation form

Our patient participation form allows individuals to voluntarily submit information for the purpose of contributing to research initiatives.

  • Submission is entirely voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • All submitted data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.
  • The form is not intended for medical emergencies or urgent health needs.

Important: Please do not submit identifiable medical records. Research data should be shared only in the format described in our instructions and is securely stored on EU/EEA servers.

5. Donations and supporters

Hesperion welcomes voluntary contributions from individuals and organizations (“Donations”).

  • Donations are used exclusively to support research-related activities, platform development, and outreach.
  • All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
  • As Hesperion is not yet registered as a foundation or charity, donations do not provide tax-deductible benefits.
  • We maintain transparency regarding the use of donated funds and provide updates on project development.

6. Intellectual property

All content on hesperion.no (including texts, graphics, logos, and designs) is owned by Hesperion or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or modify this content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hesperion and Muninn Studio are not liable for:

  • Any reliance on information provided on the website or via the chatbot.
  • Losses or damages arising from participation in research initiatives, except where required by law.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

8. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Norwegian courts.
